Customer Revenue Operations
We build and run your revenue engine.
Most companies sell you software and wish you luck. We are operators. We build the system, run it for you, and power the rails revenue moves on. One engine, three layers, handled.
We build the system
A CRM shaped to how your business actually works, not a template you bend yourself around. We architect it, configure it, and stand it up for you.
- Bespoke CRM build, scoped to your workflow
- Your data, pipelines, and records, modeled once
- Connected to the tools you already run
We run it for you
The system does not just sit there. We operate it as a managed service, so the work that usually slips through the cracks gets done on time, every time.
- AI voice receptionist answering every call
- Follow-up automation that never forgets a lead
- AI Quarterback surfacing what needs attention
- AI executing routine tasks in the background
- White-labeled SEO, blog, and content, in your name
- Visibility work that keeps the pipeline full
We power the money and the rails
Revenue does not stop at the CRM. We embed the financial and operational rails a growing business runs on, so getting paid and scaling up happen inside one system.
- Payments and recurring billing, built in
- Business telephony and contact-center capability
- Point-of-sale and operational data, kept in sync
Every engine is scoped to one business.
We do not sell a plan off a shelf. Contact us and we will map what to build, what to run for you, and which rails to switch on.
Cancel the stack.
Keep the capability.
Most teams stitch together seven subscriptions and a pile of browser tabs to do what one system should. The tools do not talk to each other. You are the integration.
CxTrack ships the receptionist, the CRM, the signatures, the invoices, the point of sale, the payments, and the follow-up natively, sharing one customer record. What we do not replace, we integrate.

Most CRMs are assembled. This one is built.
Six logins, six bills, and none of them talk to each other. CxTrack is one spine with every capability growing out of it, sharing one customer record.
What everyone else sells
Built different, literally: one spine, not six bolted-on tools.
One missed call, handled end to end
This is the actual product, step by step. Scroll the story.
Step 1 of 5
7:43 pm. The call you used to miss
Hartman Plumbing went home at 5. The AI receptionist picks up on the first ring, hears “water heater leaking everywhere,” qualifies the emergency, and offers the 8:00 am slot.

Step 2 of 5
Logged before you even knew it rang
The call lands in your call log with the full transcript, a sentiment read, and a summary. Attached to the right customer, searchable forever. Nobody typed anything.

While you were closed
One system. One night of work.
You closed at six. CxTrack did not. Here is one night, handled, across the phone, the CRM, text, and follow-up, all from one place.
Inbound call answered, caller qualified, booked for Tuesday 9:30 am.
Voice agent
New lead created with the call summary on the timeline.
CRM
Confirmation text sent to the caller, in their language.
SMS
Late inbound text read, a reply drafted and held for your OK.
Executive Agent
Quote follow-up drafted for the deal going cold, waiting on your word.
Executive Agent
Your brief queued: three things that actually need you today.
Morning brief
calls answered after hours
appointments booked
follow-ups drafted and held
Illustrative example of real CxTrack surfaces. Follow-ups are drafted and held for your approval, never sent without your word.
Built for how your industry works
Pick your template and the CRM speaks your language on day one: pipeline stages, field names, invoices, and the voice agent script.
Stack a mess instead of a template? We build custom CRMs around the workflow you already have.
Point solutions answer the phone. CxTrack remembers who called, why, and what to do next.
Answers and books like your best person
Qualifies the caller, handles objections, books straight into your real calendar, and sends the confirmation text.
Knows your customers because it lives in your CRM
Recognizes returning callers, sees their invoices and appointments, and writes every call back to the timeline. Point-solution phone bots cannot do this.
Honest by design
Identifies itself when asked, hands off gracefully, and every transcript is yours to review. You stay in control of the script.
Hear a real call
An inbound mortgage lead, handled start to finish by the AI agent. Not a script.
Executive Agent
Your chief of staff. Reachable by text.
Every principal has someone who runs things behind them. Yours works over SMS and WhatsApp. Text it like a person. It invoices, books, follows up, logs the receipt, and pulls any customer's history. It drafts the move, waits for your one word, then acts in your name. Day or night.
Text it like a person
It creates the invoice, books the real Outlook meeting with a Teams link, sends the follow-up, then reports back.
Send a photo, skip the data entry
Photograph a receipt and it logs the expense. Photograph a business card and it files the contact.
It drafts. You confirm with one word
Nothing leaves the building until you say so, and it never reaches a stranger by mistake.
It knows your business
It remembers what it already learned, so it never re-asks. Always on, including after hours.
Executive Agent

Automations
The busywork runs itself. Around the clock.
A visual workflow engine that turns the follow-ups, reminders, and handoffs you keep forgetting into sequences that just run. You build the logic once. It works every day, on every record, without anyone remembering to press go.
Smart triggers, no babysitting
A new lead, a stage change, a missed call, a due date. The right event starts the right sequence automatically.
Conditional, multi-step sequences
Branch on what the customer does. Send, wait, check, escalate. The flow adapts instead of blasting everyone the same way.
Wired into everything
Webhooks and your connected tools fire as steps, so an automation can move data and money, not just send a message.
Every run on the record
A full audit trail of what fired, when, and why. You see the work the system did while you were closed.

Under the hood
For the people who ask how it is built
The surface is customer revenue operations. The substance is a model-agnostic, memory-backed AI platform running on harnesses we wrote ourselves, hosted in Canada with ca-central-1 data residency.
Model-agnostic by design
Every AI and embedding call runs through a provider-agnostic routing layer. Each task gets a well-suited model, and providers can be swapped without re-architecting. Not locked to one vendor.
An in-house memory layer
A persistent, per-organization memory keeps a curated set of facts about your business and injects them into the agent every turn, so it does not re-ask what it already knows.
Custom agent harnesses
The Executive Agent and in-app CoPilot run on harnesses we built: a multi-turn tool-use loop, an action registry with validate, execute, and rollback steps, and a verified-recipient gate.
MCP-ready
CxTrack exposes a Model Context Protocol server, so external AI clients can connect securely with an API key. Developer and MCP access available on request.
Customizable to the core
Bespoke modules, custom fields and pipelines, industry templates, and a per-agent RAG knowledge base. Built to fit your workflow, not configured around it.
Boring in the ways that matter
The questions every owner asks on the first call, answered up front.
Hosted in Canada
Your data lives in a Canadian region (Montreal), built with PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 in mind.
A dedicated database per customer
Your records are not pooled in one shared database with thousands of other companies.
Encrypted where it counts
Customer documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and every signature and payment runs over audited providers.
Pricing in public
Every plan and price is on the pricing page. No gated quotes, no surprise per-feature upsells.
There is no clean name yet for what CxTrack is.
It is not a CRM, exactly. Not a phone system, not a payments app, not the five other tabs you keep open. It is the machinery underneath all of them, doing the work instead of reporting on it. We embed like an operator, not a vendor. The category will catch up.
One platform for the work you
keep paying six tools to do.
Book a discovery call and we will map exactly how we would build and run it for your business. No sales gauntlet, no obligation.
Built in Canada. Every engagement scoped to your business.
