Platform

The banner says Customer Revenue Operations. This is what is underneath.

CxTrack reads as one product to the people who buy it. For the people who build, here is the substance: a model-agnostic, memory-backed, customizable AI platform, with custom agent harnesses and an MCP server. No lock-in, no magic, just the architecture.

Six things hold it up

Each is a deliberate engineering decision, not a feature toggle. Skim the six, then read the detail below.

01 / Model-agnostic AI

Not married to one AI vendor

Every AI and embedding call runs through a provider-agnostic routing layer, so each task can use the model best suited to it, and a provider can be swapped without re-architecting the product. The intelligence is a dependency we control, not a vendor we are stuck with.

One routing layer, many providers

AI and embedding calls pass through a single multi-provider router rather than a hardcoded SDK in a hundred places.

Best model for the task

Different jobs want different models. Routing lets each call pick the right one instead of forcing one model to do everything.

Swap without a rewrite

When a better or cheaper provider appears, it slots in behind the router. The product code above it does not change.

02 / Memory layer

The agents remember your business

CxTrack runs a persistent, per-organization memory layer: a curated wiki of facts about your business that is injected into the agent every turn, so it does not re-ask what it already knows. It is built on our own harnesses, not bolted on from an off-the-shelf agent framework.

Per-organization, persistent

Each organization has its own memory. Facts persist across conversations instead of evaporating at the end of a chat.

Injected every turn

The curated facts go into the agent on every turn, so it carries context forward rather than starting cold each time.

Curated, not a dump

It is a maintained wiki of facts, so the agent stops re-asking things it has already been told.

03 / Agent harnesses

Harnesses we built, not a framework we imported

The Executive Agent, reachable over SMS and WhatsApp, and the in-app CoPilot both run on harnesses CxTrack built: a multi-turn tool-use loop, an action registry where every action carries validate, execute and rollback steps and a safety class, and a verified-recipient gate so nothing is ever sent to a stranger by mistake.

Multi-turn tool-use loop

The agent reasons, calls a tool, reads the result, and continues, rather than answering once and stopping.

Validate before it acts

Every action in the registry has a validate step. The agent checks an action is well-formed before it runs.

Execute and roll back

Each action defines execute and rollback. Side effects are reversible by design, not left to clean up by hand.

Verified-recipient gate

A safety class plus a recipient gate means an outbound message can only go to a recipient the system has verified.

04 / MCP-ready

Connect your own AI client

CxTrack exposes a Model Context Protocol server, so external AI clients, for example Claude Desktop or Cursor, can connect to it securely with an API key. The platform is not a walled garden; the same data and actions the in-app agents use can be reached by the tools you already work in.

A standard interface

MCP is an open protocol for AI clients. CxTrack speaks it, so connecting an external client is a connection, not an integration project.

Secure, key-based access

External clients authenticate with an API key. You decide what connects, and access is scoped to that key.

Bring your own tooling

Clients such as Claude Desktop or Cursor can read and act through the server. Developer and MCP access is available on request.

05 / Customization

Built to fit, not configured around

CxTrack is customizable to the core: bespoke modules, custom fields and pipelines, industry templates, and a per-agent RAG knowledge base. The shape of the product bends to the shape of your business instead of asking your business to bend to it.

Bespoke modules

Net-new modules are built for workflows that do not fit a generic CRM, not faked with a spare text field.

Custom fields and pipelines

Model your own records and stages. The pipeline reflects how your deals actually move.

Industry templates

Sensible defaults per industry, so the language and structure already match your trade on day one.

Per-agent knowledge base

A RAG knowledge base per agent means an agent answers from your material, not from the open internet.

06 / Where it runs

Canadian-built and hosted

CxTrack is built in Canada and hosted with ca-central-1 data residency. Where your data lives is a plain, verifiable fact, not fine print.

ca-central-1 data residency

The platform runs in the Canadian region. Data residency is stated plainly, with no hedging.

Built here

The harnesses, the routing layer and the memory layer are ours, built in-house in Canada.
