Record any meeting, get the summary automatically

You can now record an in-person or desk-side conversation right from the CRM, with the customer notified and consent captured up front. When the conversation ends, it is transcribed, the speakers are labeled, and an AI summary with the key points and action items lands on the customer record. The details of the meeting stop living in your memory and start living in the system, where the follow-up can actually use them.

Every document, encrypted by default

Sensitive documents your customers send you, contracts, financials, identity documents, are now encrypted the moment they are uploaded, with strong modern encryption, and decrypted only when an authorized person views them in the app. There is no setting to remember to turn on. It is simply how the system works now. For any business that handles private client paperwork, that is a meaningful upgrade in trust.

Flexible payment plans for your customers

You can now split an invoice into a scheduled set of payments and let your customer pay it down over time, collected automatically. It is useful any time the full amount up front is a barrier to closing. The plan status stays visible to both sides, so nobody is guessing about where a payment stands.

Built-in e-signatures, made reliable

Sending a document for signature happens inside CxTrack, with each business getting its own isolated signing workspace. We also hardened the part that matters most: when a customer signs, the system now reliably knows about it and updates the record, so nothing sits silently stuck waiting on a status that already changed.

A direct line to the AI tools your team uses

If your team works with modern AI assistants, CxTrack can now connect to them securely, so you can ask questions about your own customers, pipeline, and invoices in the tools you already have open. Access is controlled with revocable, scoped keys, and every request is logged. It is your data, on your terms, reachable where you already work.

Stronger account security

Two-factor authentication is now available on every account, and you can sign out of every other session in one click if a device ever goes missing. Small things, but they are the difference between a platform you trust with your business and one you merely use.

And a lot of quieter work

Alongside the headline features, we shipped a long list of refinements: smarter handling of busy phone lines, a searchable client picker for teams at scale, cleaner activity feeds that hide the noise, better calendar accuracy across time zones, and dozens of fixes that smooth out the day to day. Most of these you will never notice, which is the point.

We do not ship features to have a longer feature list. We ship the things that make the system more dependable to run a business on.
